GENERAL INFORMATION:

     The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers.  You may choose only the items you desire.  However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic service and overhead.  If  legal or other requirements stipulate you must buy any items you do not specifically as for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services selected.

FAMILY FUNERAL SERVICE PACKAGE SELECTION $2,190.00                               

     Service of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home within the state of Arkansas, embalming, other preparation of the body, use of facilities for viewing and funeral ceremony or services in other facility, coach, committal or other disposition service, acknowledgment cards and register book, memorial folders and video tribute.  Please note that this fee for the use of our package selection and overhead is included in the price of our caskets.  This same fee shall be added to the total cost of your funeral arrangements if you provide the casket.

IIEMIZED SELECTIONS:

     Service of Funeral Director andStaff $640.00   Our basic service charge includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for services: arrangement conference with family or responsible party: preparation and filing of necessary certificates and permits: shelter of remains: placement of obituary notices: planning of funeral arrangements: and coordination of service with cemetery, crematory, vault companies and others as required.  Also included in this charge are overhead expenses related to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative cost, equipment and inventory expense. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select.  (This fee is already included in our charge for direct cremation, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)

     Embalming $390.00  Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law.  Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing.  If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

OTHER PREPARATION OF THE BODY:

     Restoration Charge per hour $25.00

     Washing or Disinfecting Remains with no embalming $25.00

     Dressing and Casketing $25.00

      Hairstyling $35.00

     Shelter of Remains per day $45.00  This charge is made commencing on the 2nd day our facilities are used to shelter the remains.  This charge is not made if funeral or cremation services are selected.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND FACILITIES:

     Visitation Per Day $175.00

     Funeral Ceremony $225.00

     Memorial Service $225.00

     Graveside Service $150.00

     Equipment and Staff at Cemetery $495.00

     Open & Close Grave $600.00

FORWARDING REMAINS:

     Forwarding Remains to Another Funeral Home $745.00  This charge includes removal of remains, basic services of staff, embalming, necessary authorization  and local transportation to Adams Field in Little Rock, AR with minimum shipping container.  This charge does not includevisitation, rites or ceremonies.

     Forwarding Remains to Another Funeral Home with Casket Selection $520.00  This charge includes removal of remains, basic services of staff, embalming, necessary authorization and local transportation to Adams Field in Little Rock, AR.  This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies.  (In Addition to the cost of the casket)

     Air Tray $255.00

RECEIVING REMAINS

     Receiving Remains from another Funeral Home $575.00  This charge includes basic services of staff, pick up of remains, and transportation of remains to the cemetery.  This charge does not include any rites or ceremonies up or equipment.

IMMEDIATE BURIALS

     These charges include basic services of staff, pick up of remains, and transportation of remains to the cemetery.  this charge does not include any rites or services, set up or equipment.

     Immediate Burial with Casket Provided by Customer $675.00

     Immediate Burial with Casket Selection from us $675.00

DIRECT CREMATION $950.00 

     This charge includes removal of remains anywhere in Arkansas with transportation to the crematory and basic services of staff, cremation container and a solid wood urn.  This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies.

COUNDUCTING MEMORIAL SERVICES FOR CREMATION $225.00

     Our basic service includes service of funeral director and staff, use of facilities, funeral ceremony or visitation ceremony in chapel or other facility.

CHAPEL OR CHURCH SERVICE NON LOCAL DEATH $925.00

     Our basic service includes service of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains, use of facilities for viewing and funeral ceremony or service in other facility, coach, committal or other disposition services.  This service does not include set up or cemetery equipment.

GRAVESIDE SERVICE NON LOCAL DEATH $725.00

     Our basic service includes service of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains, use of facilities for viewing and funeral ceremony or service in other facility, coach, committal or other disposition services.  This service does not include set up or cemetery equipment.

DIRECT BURIAL LOCAL DEATH $925.00

     Our basic service includes services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains, use of facilities, funeral ceremony at cemetery, coach, committal or other disposition services.  This service does not include set up or cemetery equipment.

DIRECT BURIAL NON LOCAL DEATH $600.00
