DeAnn Loraine Winter the daughter of Bobby Joe Mullikin and Delpha Leta Morton Mullikin was born in Kansas City, Missouri on March 27, 1983 and passed away in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 20, 2013 at the age of 30 years.

DeAnn had been a resident of Quitman since 1987.  She was a homemaker and her religious belief was Freewill Baptist.  She loved her children and shopping.  DeAnn was interested in an organ donation.  She was easy going and had a beautiful disposition.  She always wanted to be helpful to her family and friends and took care of her grandmother.

She was preceded in death by an uncle Darrel K. Morton and is survived by her husband Paul M. Winter of Quitman, her parents Bobby Joe and Delpha Leta Mullikin, a son Vincent and a daughter DeAnn, a brother Derrick Mullikin  of Cabot and a sister Deidre Mullikin of Little Rock, her grandfather L. D. Morton and her grandmother Deloris K. Morton a aunt Deraine K. Luce, cousins Shayne Burns, Spenser Burns and Brandie Sportsman and her friend Caprinn Rumker, besides other relatives and many friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday September 30, 2013 at Cedar Height Freewill Baptist Church in Quitman from 12:00 until 2:00 PM and funeral services will be at the church at 2:00 PM by Rev. Mickey Glover.  Pallbearers will be Eric Poole, Shayne Burns, Joseph Mode, Ricky Tuel, Craig McCullah and Adam Smith; honorary pallbearer will be Spenser Burns.  Interment will be in Center Point Cemetery.
